How to update your profile and preferences?

Where to find My Profile?
Once you have created your account and gained access to our platform, you will be responsible for updating and managing your profile. Let it be changing your shift availabilities, adding a phone number or email address to your contact information or finding your PIN to be able to clock in. You can find all that information under your profile tab.

On mobile

  1. Open the Voilà! app.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Click on Modify my profile.
  4. From there, you can change any inaccurate information.
  5. Click on settings to leave this section. It will automatically save your changes.
  6. Voilà!

On the Web

  1. Open the Voilà! web console
  2. Go to your profile.
  3. Find and change any inaccurate information.

Here’s a little more details on everything you can manage.

1. Contact Information

In this section you can modify your name, password and all the features that make you account yours. From profile picture to password update this section will allow you to manage and modify your account. 

You can also view information such as your PIN code, employee number, the teams, positions and locations you can work at. If you believe those should be modified, you can ask your manager to do so.

Profile Picture : A picture of your choosing.

First /Last Name : In this section you can modify the spelling of your first and last name.

Employee ID (Cannot modify): The unique ID number your company has assigned you.

Email : The email used as your username to enter your Voilà! account and send you notifications.

Mobile Number  : The phone number used as your username to enter your Voilà! account and send you notifications.

You can also use your phone number to clock in to your shifts on the Web punch console (if used by your company).

Clocking PIN : This is a secondary form of identification used for our Time clock platform.

2. Shift availabilities

In this section you can modify your timetable so we always know when you are available to work. You can either set default availability (all mondays, all Tuesdays, etc.) Or set them for specific dates. 

In any case, this is where you can tell your employer: “I’m here I’m available for work.”

 

4. Personal Preferences

Communication Language : Here you can change the language in which or platform communicates with you. Note that this does not impact messages sent by your managers or coworkers. (Currently available in English and French.)

Notifications : You can select how you wish to be notified, either by mobile (push) notifications or email. You may select both if you do not wish to miss any notifications. You can also customize which types of notifications you wish to receive and how you want them.
