Advanced parameters can be used when creating a shift.
Audience: Administrator, supervisor, manager
Before you begin, refer to one of the following articles:
1. Navigate to https://console.voila.app/en
2. Go to the bottom of the sidebar and click on the Advanced parameters drop down menu
3. Enable the Variable end time feature to hide the shift end time from your employees
4. By activating the Shift is on call function the employees selected for the shift must remain available to work
5. Select a Confirmation delay to confirm the shift. If the manager does not confirm the shift within the allotted time, it will be canceled
6. Add a Note for your employees
7. Add an Internal note for the managers, supervisors or administrators
8. Click Shift Premiums drop down menu
9. Select the premium(s) of your choice for the shift
10. Click Paid preparation time
11. Select the additional time to be paid
12. Click Publish
