Learn how to create a schedule template in the following article:
1. Navigate to https://console.voila.app/en
2. Click Schedule
3. Right-click on an empty box or, if there is a shift displayed in the box, right-click next to it
4. Click Insert from schedule template
5. Select the template of your choice
6. Click Next
7. Click Save
Please proceed with care when inserting a new schedule template as the shift will be created at the exact same place as the template. Therefore, it is important to have the employees in the exact same order if you want a perfect copy of your template.
