      How to edit/delete a team

      Learn how to edit or delete a team with Voilà!

       

      Audience: Administrator

      1. Navigate to https://console.voila.app/en/dashboard

      2. Click on Company settingssettings_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz48-png

      3. Select Organizational Structure

      4. Click the three dotsmore_vert_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz48 at the end of the team you want to edit

      5. Click on Edit

      6. Change the necessary information: name and/or time zone

      Tip! You don't need to select the time zone if it's the same as your business

       Warning! The code is linked to the integration of your account. Contact the Support team for any questions related to this subject.

      7. Press Next

      8. Modify the necessary information: positions, places and/or team members

      9. Click on Save

      10. Click the three dotsmore_vert_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz48 at the end of the team you want to delete

      11. Press Delete

      12. Click Confirm
