      How to create specific replacement parameters for your employees?

      Learn how to create specific replacement parameters for your employees with Voilà!

      Audience: Administrator

      1. Navigate to https://console.voila.app/en/dashboard

      2. Click Company settingssettings_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz48-png

      3. Select Organizational Structure

      4. Press Schedules and Availability

      5. Click Add a new setting

      6. Click the Team, Position, or Location drop-down menu

      7. Select the group of your choice

      Warning! The setting will only apply for the selected group.


      8. Click Save
