      1. Navigate to https://console.voila.app/en

      2. Click Schedulecalendar_today_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz48

      3. Click on the shift you want to convert to an open shift

      4. Click on the three dotsmore_vert_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz48 located at the top right of the window

      5. Select Convert to Open Shift

      6. Click Confirm
