How to claim an open shift on mobile?

Open shifts are a great way for managers to help employees build a schedule that fits their needs.

 Once an open shift is published, available and qualified employees are notified and have the opportunity to express their interest in that shift.

To raise your hand and take an open shift from your Voilà! mobile app, follow these steps:

1. Open your Voilà! app
2. Click on the Open shifts tab
3. Click on the shift you want, and click on Interested.
4. Confirm.
5. If assignments require your manager’s approval, wait for Voilà! to confirm if you got the selected shift.
6. Voilà!
