      How to cancel shifts?

      Learn how to cancel shifts with Voilà!

      Audience: Administrator, supervisor, manager

      Canceled shifts can still be restored

      1. Navigate to https://console.voila.app/en

      2. Click Schedulecalendar_today_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz48

      3. Click the Cancelcancel_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz48 icon located at the top right of the schedule

      4. Select the time period you wish ton cancel

      5. Select Teams, Positions, Locations, Members and/or Type if required

      6. Click Cancel shifts

      7. Click Confirm
