How to add an expense?

Learn how to add an expense with Voilà!

    Audience: Administrator, supervisor, manager

    1. Navigate to https://console.voila.app/en

    2. Click Timesheetsschedule_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz48

    3. Click the View employee's timesheetassignment_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz48 icon located at the far right of the employee

    4. Select the Add expenseattach_money_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz48 icon located at the far right of the desired date

    5. Click Expense type drop down menu

    6. Select the type of expense

    7. Click Date

    8. Select the date of the expense

    9. Type the Amount of the expense

    10. Type a Description of the expense

    11. Attach a file if needed

    12. Click Save
